Since we receive many investment proposals, we encourage preparation before approaching us. All investment opportunities will be subject to a thorough due diligence investigation prior to making an investment. This process typically will include a review of the investee company’s management, the market in which the company operates, its competitive position within the market, the market dynamics and the opportunities and risks facing the business. If there is a satisfactory outcome to our due diligence process, a formal proposal will be submitted to our Investment Committee for consideration and approval. By focusing early on key issues, we aim to avoid surprises late in the process and ensure deliverability of the deal.

We also ensure that there are many collateral in every investment - such as direct ownership of an asset that each investor receives according to his relative share in the investment and the establishment of a separate partner for each investment and investment. All the information is presented with complete transparency to our investors, and they receive all the documents confirming their ownership in the company holding the asset.

In real estate investments, naturally, there is always a risk component - but investment through realization reduces it by a wide range of protections and collateral. Among other things, the realization offers direct ownership of the property, a personal guarantee of the entrepreneur, priority in the distribution of profits, and more.
